Answer Completeness

Answer completeness measures whether a response covers all parts of a multi-part question rather than addressing only the first or easiest part. It complements faithfulness and relevance: an answer can be accurate and on-topic yet still incomplete. Completeness is often scored with a rubric or an LLM judge that checks each required sub-point against the generated answer.
