Evaluation Sampling

Evaluation sampling selects a representative subset of live traffic to score, rather than evaluating every request. Stratifying the sample across topics, difficulty, and user segments keeps the estimate cheap while staying faithful to real usage. The scored sample doubles as a growing regression set, so issues that appear in production get caught offline on the next change.
